Large and modern duplex located in the heart of the ancient fairy village of Rango, in the municipality of upper Bleggio, halfway between the most famous mountain and lake resorts of Trentino. The result of a complete renovation of a building from the 1800s, the duplex is divided into two levels. The first, after having crossed the threshold of entry, is distinguished by the development around the large fireplace located in the central area of the living area, characterized by exposed roof beams and part of the ancient stones of the original masonry. Around this element, a symbol of the mountain tradition, are the various rooms such as the dining area, the kitchen with island, the Finnish sauna and the living area with TV. From the windows and the generous terrace you can enjoy an exceptional view of Trentino and admire the Brenta chain. At the entrance floor there is also a large windowed bathroom with Jacuzzi, exposed beams and original masonry. A large closet completes the first level. On the upper floor of the apartment you go up accompanied by an elegant lighting system with step height, where you reach the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom enjoys a wide view of the valley thanks to three windows that illuminate the interior. The entire property is also characterized by finishes and materials that reinterpret the mountain tradition in a contemporary key: dark aged oak characterize the wide-plank flooring, the boiserie for the living area and the large open kitchen with island and granite inserts. At the disposal of the apartment there are also two parking spaces a few meters from the entrance of the house.
Rango is a fraction of the Municipality of Bleggio Superiore, in the province of Trento and has remained one of the most characteristic villages of Trentino. In 2006 it was included in the circuit of the most beautiful villages in Italy, along with its similar village, Canale di Tenno, located about 20 km away near the lake of the same name and a few minutes from Riva del Garda. The structure of the village with its ancient houses leaning against each other and connected by porticoes, hallways and internal courtyards, recalls that of the fortified villages.
This town is also distinguished by its centrality compared to various and famous places in Trentino such as Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo for winter sports and Lake Tenno and Lake Garda for summer activities.
