Just 20m from the nearest ski bus stop, the regular service will ensure you can be on the first lifts and making fresh tracks. The centre of Morzine is no more than a 15 minute stroll away, so dining out in the evening or shopping for souvenirs is simply effortless. In summer, the open-air Olympic swimming pool is just 10 mins walk away.

Operated as a catered chalet since 1993, the lower ground floor is home to two individual apartments, which offer ideal accommodation for owner-operators and staff. Alternatively, if the main chalet is to be used as a family holiday home, the two separate apartments could provide a handy income if rented out either on a weekly basis or on a long term let.
