In a typical mountain village at 1,000 meters above sea level, we offer this small house free on 4 sides with private courtyard, ideal as a holiday home.

The house is inserted in the context of a village accessible all year with a paved road and located 5 km from the center of the town of Angrogna.

On the ground floor is the kitchen, complete with a wood burning fireplace, which is the only large room in the living area. On the same floor we find the toilet, currently with an external connection. Through the staircase we reach the balcony and the bedroom. Outside a stone-paved courtyard of Luserna and complete with barbecue, offers a pleasant outburst to spend time during the summer and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.

The property is in good general condition and immediately habitable. The connection to electricity, aqueduct and private septic tank is present. The heating is by means of a ventilated wood fireplace that brings heat to both the premises of the building while the roof is in lose.

The solution is located in a context rich in history and surrounded by nature. In fact, Prà del Torno can be the starting point for pleasant walks along the many paths in the valley that allow you to visit places of historical interest. Val d'Angrogna, due to its particular geographic conformation, was a natural stronghold and center of the Waldensian resistance from the XV to the XVIII century. About 30 years after the intervention of Charles Albert of Savoy, who granted the Waldensians civil and political rights on 17 February 1848, putting the peace in the territory, the Valdese Temple of Pradeltorno was erected. Its neo-Gothic style still today dominates the rocky spur on which the entire village was built. In the area there are two other places of interest that have become true open-air museums: the so-called "Collegio dei Barba" and "Barma Mounastira", where the Waldensian preachers were formed from the Middle Ages.

Also for these aspects, the property described is ideal as a holiday home for those who want to relax in the middle of nature just one hour away from Turin.
