In their latest French Alps Property Report, Erna Low Property look at how the French Ski Market will continue to evolve through the 2019/20 season, the main factors affecting the market and also how France’s ski resorts are investing and evolving to offer owners the best year round experience.

France Is Still Top Country For International Investment

The report concludes that France is still considered the largest and top country for international investment,. Francois Marchand, Director of Erna Low Property notes this is: "In part... because canny British investors are... looking for a safe place to put their money, spurred on by low French mortgage rates and healthy rental returns."

Choice And Flexibility Are The New Buzzwords

The new wave of property developers now operating in the French Alps has brought a new wave of fresh ideas on property design as well as investment options. Buyers can now find something to suit them whether it is a state-of-the-art apartment, a stand-alone chalet with concierge services or a property designed for summer usage.

The range of resorts with property for sale is also diverse from the big names of Chamonix Mont-Blanc or La Plagne in the Paradiski area to rising stars such as Combloux, close to Megeve.
